Delivery and Returns


Czech Republic

All packages are sent out by registered post and/or courier with tracking service option. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online according to the relevant link.

European Union


All packages are sent out by registered post and/or courier with tracking service option. Delivery time is usually 3-10 working days. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online according to the relevant link.

Please note, there are no additional fees for orders which are shipped to the European Union (EU). If duty applies to your order, it will be delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that taxes and fees have been paid and settled for you. Should you be contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing support@longavite.com

We’ve worked hard with our couriers to avoid any delays, however as they adapt to new regulations there may still be some delays. We will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if there are any further delays.

Rest of the World


All packages are sent out by registered post and/or courier with tracking service option. Delivery time is usually 7-15 working days. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online according to the relevant link.

Delivery times


We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 12pm.

If you make an order at 12pm or later, it will be posted the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but we will let you know. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email so you'll know that it is on its way to you.

Delayed or Lost Parcels


We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for Czech orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU orders and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the Rest of the World.

Need to Return Something?


We work professionally and all orders are packed carefully and shipped correctly.

In the unlikely event you receive wrong items out of error, please let us know by emailing support@longavite.com and we will offer replacement as soon as possible, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Packaging and products: must be in their original "factory" condition in order to be accepted for return, together with the relevant invoice issued.

COVID-19 | Customer Information


COVID-19 is impacting all of us, and we recognize that these are exceptional and troubling times. Our focus is to ensure we continue to meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you and our employees safe.

We are currently continuing to operate at normal capacity, albeit with safe social distancing within the warehouse, and many of us working from home where possible. Any delays should only be minor (depending on local delivery services). Our team will continue to provide you with the very best customer care and you can get in touch here.
